Taylor Swift took a gentle approach when she corrected a security guard while attending her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs game on Sunday, November 10. Swift arrived at Arrowhead Stadium with her parents, Andrea and Scott Swift, riding in a golf cart before stepping out to walk with them.
In a clip shared online, a security guard told photographers, “Guys, stay back. Stay back,” as they approached. Swift added politely, “Stay back, please.”
Dressed in a stylish red tweed suit by Versace, Swift showed off a Chiefs-inspired manicure, a black corset top, and jewelry from EFFY and Retrouvai. She kept her look elegant, styling her hair in a chignon.
During the game against the Denver Broncos, Taylor Swift cheered for Kelce, 35, when he caught a touchdown pass in the end zone. “Yay!” she celebrated, clapping for Kelce’s record-breaking achievement. “There it is! The all-time Chiefs leading touchdown receiver!” CBS announcer Kevin Harlan said, noting Kelce’s milestone catch from quarterback Patrick Mahomes. “That will give you something to sing about.”
Taylor Swift and Kelce have shown steady support for each other since their relationship began in summer 2023. While Swift has attended multiple Chiefs games, Kelce has also been spotted at her Eras Tour performances. Recently, he made a special trip to her show in Indianapolis, hoping to catch one last concert before her record-breaking tour winds down.
Talking about his experience on the “New Heights” podcast, Kelce said, “The American crowds were amazing. I heard they were even more rowdy this time, knowing she’d be back in the U.S. one last time for this tour. It was incredible.”
Taylor Swift recently shared her thoughts on the relationship, describing how they are open and proud to support each other’s passions. In a 2023 TIME profile, she said, “When you’re in a public relationship, it means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other, and we don’t care who’s watching. We’re just proud of each other.”
The couple’s visible support for one another highlights their genuine connection, embracing both their careers and each other.
