In videos shared by fans on social media, the 34-year-old singer-songwriter thanked her supporters for embracing her latest album and helping it achieve such recognition.
“You all did something truly amazing with how you’ve embraced The Tortured Poets Department. This album means so much to me because I wrote it while on The Eras Tour. Seeing the way you’ve connected with it has been incredible,” Taylor told the cheering crowd.
She continued, “We worked so hard to secretly build this new chapter of the tour, centered around the album, and your support has been overwhelming. It’s because of you that this album is now up for six Grammy Awards. It’s unbelievable, and I can’t thank you enough.”
